So I finally got off my ass and did something after... 2 years and such. Konami needs to put out more awesome sequels to classics so I can get some inspiration to make stuff, even if it's not that great. Speaking of, they totally forgot Gradius's anniversary, and that's no good! They should be ashamed of themselves.

..That the internet could be such a boring place? When you don't have access to certain places that must remain unnamed for whatever reasons, anyway. On episode 8's boss right now. I really wish the first two Devil Summoners came to the US.

Pokemon Emerald
Seeing all of these stupid Pokemon Diamond/Pearl ads made me remember how much fun I had with Pokemon Silver so I'm going to try out this third generation. Barely started the game.

Monster Hunter Freedom
...It's a real pain to solo this thing.

I'm close to the end, god damnit, I WILL fucking finish it.

Looks like the next Gradius wasn't cancelled. Woo! However... Coded Arms Assault was. I don't know which one would've been worse. Konami is fucking around too much, they need to quit doing that shit. I was looking forward to that game too.

Yeah, that's it for now. PSU's updates were a big disappointment and the people playing it now are mostly dumbasses. The game is still fun and all but... I just don't care anymore, I'll play it only because I already paid for it, I guess. Sorry for the rant and all, but this is what these things are for, anyway (and don't you dare try to prove me wrong.)

Why, Konami?! How could you cancel it?! I was looking forward to that new Gradius, I think I even made a journal entry right when they announced it. Well, if Gradius VI isn't coming out then the PS3 can cancel its plane/boat/submarine ticket because it's not welcome in my room anymore.

On with the good news!
I'm actually checking some old sites out of boredom and excitement due to PSU getting some massive updates (well, as far as updates for the US servers go) and I'm just trying to kill some time. I doubt anybody here plays it, or even knows about it, so I'm gonna drop this [link] here and see if it's relevant to someone's interest. The more people the merrier, right?

The not quite so good (but not entirely horrible either) news.
I got sick. Really, really sick. It's all thanks to this stupid weather, make up your mind, California! It's either freezing cold, or scorching hot, not consistently either, just randomly. Thanks to that I was able to get some more days out of my "vacation," though, so I really shouldn't complain. Being jobless kicks ass, I get to laze around or just play PSU. Too bad I have to go apply for that job as soon as I get better (and a haircut.)

Hey, still reading? Well, you deserve a reward. Think of something and I'll decide if it's worthy of my time or not! Actually, don't, I'd feel like an ass if someone took me seriously when I declined. My "harsh language" and joking manners seem to drive people away because they can't tell if I'm being serious or not. Well people, I don't mean any harm, so you can lower your e-fists and un-furrow your brows. I'll try to reply to some comments and art if PSU hasn't finished updating by the time I'm done, but if I don't, pretend I did.
